Responsive to customer needs and handles complex problems. Ability to maintain good working relationships with shippers and carriers. Ability to effectively use time and resources. General Information: The Logistics Specialist works principally with after-the-fact review of work from the Operation Manager or Sr. Specialists in the Branch Office. Specialists work directly with established customers and can handle all routine and most non-routine issues. This position is a revenue producer through rate negotiation and increased volume with current customer base. It does some new account development. Employees must be able to multi-task at this level with non-routine activities Summary: L.G.I. is looking for aggressive, motivated Logistics Specialists that is searching for a job with unlimited possibilities in the Transportation Industry. We are willing to offer a three month trial period in which L.G.I. will advance Agent to cover expenses. L.G.I. will have the option to extend the trial period if agent meet's L.G.I.'s expectations.
